CUSTOM LABEL TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDER AND APPROVAL PROCESS:

All orders must be submitted in writing via purchase order provided by AquaPure Hydration.

CANCELLATIONS:

Order cancellations must be received in writing. Customer is responsible for any setup, label, art, or production costs that have been incurred prior to cancellation.

USE OF ARTWORK:

Customer agrees their label may be displayed on our website and in promotional materials.

PAYMENT TERMS:

First time orders are due in full prior to delivery or shipment. After your initial order, payment terms are extended if your volume is more than 200 cases per year.

LEAD TIME:

Ship date is 10 business days AFTER label approval.

RUSH CHARGES:

Any orders needing shipment before 10 business days will be considered a rush order. Rush order fee is $75.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCT:

In the local Tucson area the delivery fee is .50 cents per case. Other regions are shipped or delivered, and will be determined at time of order placement. Additional fees may apply.

PALLET SHIPMENTS

Cases are packaged in pallets of 50. Shipments are quoted per job and will vary on factors such area (rural or urban), curb side service, drop gate on truck, and load in service.
